The Tipton Story

Tipton Ford is a family owned Ford Franchise located in Brownsville, Texas.  Maurice Tipton located in Brownsville in 1923 and became a partner shortly thereafter.  Maurice Tipton Jr. joined the family business in 1952 after serving in the Korean Conflict.  Current owners, Jim and Jeff Tipton, began their careers together here in 1979 after graduation from Texas A&M University.  Great grandson Nick joined in 2006 after graduation from St. Edwards University.  Daughters Katie, Alex and Madeline have worked summers and vacations and there are more to follow.
